Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of capital in maintaining a company's financial stability and enhancing investor confidence. In an increasingly competitive business environment, capital has become a key factor determining the continuity of operations and company growth. Effective capital management not only affects financial performance but also builds a credible corporate image in the eyes of investors. This research uses a qualitative approach through a literature study. Data were collected from sources such as scientific journals, books, and relevant financial reports. This approach was chosen to gain an in-depth understanding of the relationship between capital management, company stability, and investor confidence. The results of the study indicate that capital plays a strategic role in maintaining company stability, especially when facing unstable economic conditions. Companies with a healthy capital structure and good management generally have lower risk, enabling them to maintain stable performance. In addition, transparency in capital management and accountable financial reporting are key factors in increasing investor confidence. Investors are more interested in companies that demonstrate financial stability and clear future prospects. The conclusion of this study is that capital is not only a source of funding but also an important indicator for assessing a company’s stability and credibility. Therefore, companies must manage capital optimally by maintaining a balance between risk and return in order to sustain investor confidence over the long term.
