The phenomenon of rapidly advancing technology and the development of information and communication technology, along with the growth of social media, greatly encourages and supports the transformation in various sectors of life, especially in the economic field. One of the emerging aspects is the numerous social media platforms that add functions and provide new means to conduct economic activities, such as TikTok affiliate programs. TikTok, as one of the platforms that is quite popular among young people, which is based on short videos, can not only serve as a space for expression but also develop into a creative business activity in a digital context. Therefore, this research focuses on how the implementation of TikTok affiliates supports digital creative economics and how the Islamic economy views it. This study is a type of descriptive qualitative research, which uses field studies that are then described and explained through written data. The data collection technique was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used descriptive analytical techniques to describe the implementation of the TikTok affiliate model of the new business in supporting the digital creative economy. The research results showed that TikTok affiliate meets the criteria to become a pioneer in supporting the digital creative economy by creating videos that embed a shopping cart so that viewers can purchase the promoted items through the uploaded videos using creativity. In addition, this TikTok affiliate is considered in accordance with Sharia economics as it is free from Maysir, gharar, and riba.
