INOVASI STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN PAI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN NILAI-NILAI KEISLAMAN

Abstract

This study aims to analyze various innovations in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning strategies in an effort to comprehensively enhance students' understanding of Islamic values, including cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. This research uses a literature study method by reviewing various scientific sources in the form of indexed journals, academic books, and relevant research results related to innovations in PAI learning. The study results indicate that the implementation of innovative learning strategies such as Project-Based Learning, Problem-Based Learning, differentiated learning, as well as the integration of digital technology in the learning process has a significant contribution to improving the quality of students' understanding. These strategies are able to encourage active student engagement, enhance critical thinking skills, and internalize Islamic values in daily life. In addition, contextual and experience-based learning approaches have been proven to be more effective in shaping religious attitudes and Islamic behavior compared to conventional learning methods that tend to be teacher-centered. Thus, innovation in PAI learning strategies becomes an important necessity in facing educational challenges in the modern era, especially in shaping a generation that not only understands Islamic teachings theoretically but is also able to practice them concretely in social life.
